Mangos in Kahlúa Sauce
- 4 ripe mangos, peeled
- 1 cup strawberries, washed, hulled
- 1 cup raspberries, washed
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup Kahlúa 125 mL
- strawberries, for garnish
Directions
- Slice the mangos and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Prepare the sauce by blending the strawberries, raspberries, sugar and Kahlúa in blender until
very smooth. - To serve, divide the mango slices among 4 dessert plates. Pour sauce over generously and
garnish with sliced strawberries.
